Dear Lucy:
How's everyting? I'm writing to ask you to come and see me in Oakville during the summer. Can you plase try tomake it?There is a big shopping mall near my home. There are video stores and lots of restaurants and movie theaters. Plus there's a good sports center with an enormous swimming pool.
You want to know what my daily life is like? Well,every day Iget up at 7:30 and eat breakfast with Mom and Dad(Andy gets up at8 o'clock. He doesn't have time for breakfast!). Andy and Icatch the school bus at 8:15,and school starts at 8:30. Andy's in the eighth grade and I'm in the sixth. We have lunch in the school cafeteria, and we finish school at 3:30. After school, I do my homework first and then help my mother in the kitchen. We have dinner at 6 and than I watch TV or talk to my friend on the telephone. I go to bed at 10 o'clock, and I usually read a magazine before I go to sleep.
Then there is the weekend! My new friends and I have a great time on Saturday and Sunday. We sometimes go swimming or plying basketball at thesports center. We always go to the shopping mall as well. We look in all the stores, but we don't usually buy anything. We somtimes go to a party on Saturday night,or we rent a video. We have a lot of fun.
