关于留学加拿大的疑问
我女朋友的母亲1999年去的加拿大，那时好象办理的是3个月的旅游签证，然后没有回来，今年她妈妈好象拿到了绿卡，明年她妈妈说要帮女朋友办理留学签证。
懂的朋友们请说说这样我女朋友办理留学签证或者其他签证的成功率高吗？
