二）： Takatoshi Ito and Frank Westernmann point out in “Japan’s Great Stagnation “(MIT Press,2006), not since the depression has any other economy experienced Japan’s combination of wealth destruction, persistent poor growth,deflation and financial distress.
其中Takatoshi Ito 和Frank Westernmann是人名，但我对该句的语法和结构不怎么懂，望各位高手多多指教！谢谢！
