We hope to inspire your interest in completing a study on Client Relationship Management in the China Telecommunications industry. We are an International project team from the Executive MBA program at Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada, with rich experience and knowledge in Canadian Telecom Large Enterprises Client Relationship Management. The objective of the study is to enrich the understanding of Client Relationship Management and provide value to Telecommunications Service providers and clients through the administration and analysis of a survey and sharing of best management practices.
