后缀是.tmp的文件都是垃圾文件吗？C盘里的这些文件也都可以删除吗？
*.tmp都是临时文件，可以删除。
但是 建议你 用优化大师 或者 超级兔子 来 清理垃圾。
或者 用下面这个 简单的 把下面粘贴到 记事本里 并保存为 .bat的文件，清理时 双击就行了。
