国外的个女子联系一个银行转帐的事，是否是骗局？
这是我的一个笔友发来的，也没联系多少，但是她突然发来个这个消息，联系一个银行转帐的事，我看挺悬，大家来鉴别一下是否是骗局？

不过没有说要你汇款或者花任何钱。我看你跟她说你会娶她，过几封信才会跟你说‘因为XX出了差错我现在又陷入XX困境，需要XX赎金才能离开等等'
