组织发展到一定阶段,文化就作为一种精神理念随之产生,是发展导致了文化的产生,同时反过来文化又左右组织的进一步发展。一种好的文化无疑将极大地推动组织的再发展,而一种不符合当今时代的文化则会将组织引入越来越狭窄的境地,最终导致组织的衰落乃至失败。当然,文化不是一成不变,随着组织的发展,文化的内涵也会发生相应的改变,一些不适应新形势的文化将被抛弃,而一些能为组织注入新的活力的文化内容将被创造。

用辩证的思想剖析一个组织生存、发展、壮大或者是没落的经验法则。

用“求同存异”的思想分析组织间的竞争与合作。

在竞争与交流的过程中总结出有利于促进中华民族长远发展的策略。

我们真诚地希望能够通过这次比赛培养当代大学生对经济学、管理学等各学科的兴趣,增进对组织文化的了解,以及加深对组织运作管理知识的理解、分析、审视和反省,锻炼队员的团体合作调研能力提供平台。
