进入安全模式出现蓝屏（我没分了5555）

问题描述:

以前我看到病毒日志里写了蓝屏已经被病毒伤害，然后我可以进正常模式进不了安全模式，现在我需要在安全模式下清除金山毒霸，请高手告诉我应该怎么才能进安全模式。

蓝屏的内容大概就是这样的（我手抄的- -）：

解决的方法

1 ：检查最新安装的软硬件驱动程序,卸载或禁用它们,最好在安全模式下完成这个任务,如果是驱动程序,则推荐使用WIN XP的返回驱动程序功能来恢复原有的驱动程序.

2 ：如果是系统无法启动,可以尝试使用最后一次正确的配置来解决问题.具体方法是:重启系统,在出现启动菜单使按下F8键,然后在出现的高级启动选项菜单中选择并进入最后一次正确的配置即可.

3 ：如果无效,则进入WIN XP故障恢复控制台,然后执行%systemroot% \system32\restore\rstrui.exe命令,然后按提示进行系统还原操作即可

4：既然是安全模式蓝屏，正常启动正常的话可能是某个驱动它HKLM\system下有个设置，告诉系统它必须启动，但是安全模式确实启动不了。
