今天突然发现自己的任务管理器里有个WISPTIS.EXE进程，优先级还挺高的，不知道是什么东西，上网搜索一番，才知道它的全称：windows ink services platform tablet input subsystem。windows墨水服务写字板平台输入子系统，Tablet PC用的，在我的电脑上运行不是影响速度吗？删！
删除方法：把下面内容存为bat文件，可在记事本中另存为批处理文件。你也可以到这里下载压缩包，解压，运行其中的批处理文件。

安装office2003之后，Adobe Reader启动时，Wisptis.exe 进程将被加载并驻留在内存中，即使退出了adobe reader该服务也不会自动停止。

现在你可以安全的删除文件wisptis.exe（一般在系统目录下System32\Wisptis.exe）。在删除之前，请确认你已经在任务管理器中终止了该进程。
这种方法经Alex在最新的Windows XP SP1上完全测试通过。

你也可以下载unwisp.inf.txt，将它改名为unwisp.inf，再点击右键，点击安装来自动删除注册表相关目录。不过请自担风险。Use at your own risk 。

This executable runs as a system service that provides pen-data collection for other components of the SDK. When a component needs to interact with the pen (for example, to collect ink or to detect gestures), this executable is spawned as a service to communicate directly with the input device.
