各位前辈能否帮我解决一下这个问题。实在不知道发哪了。
最近电脑出了一个很恼人的问题，症状如下：电脑总是自动重启跳蓝屏，下面的是个蓝屏的信息：

computer.
If this screen appears again,follow these steps:

请问个位大虾。是不是我的系统文件有损坏？我已经重装系统，可是问题依然存在哟~哭死。我用的是WINXP操作系统，最近没有添加任何硬件以及驱动程序
希望个位大虾给与指教~~~小弟不盛感激！！！
刚刚低格过机子，重装的系统，应该可以排出中毒的可能。。。个人觉得应该是内存底层的加载兼容问题 可是最近没装过什么新软件哈
参考答案:你已经重装过系统了，看来软件问题的可能性不是很大，硬件方面内存的可能性很大，如果你上面插的是两个内存条，可以拨下一个，或或者干脆换个试试。内存在电脑中是一个性能不稳定，但作用很大的部件。现在的内存还就金士顿的性能不错，其它的都或多或少的出些问题。
