2) 第二句吧， 文法比较好。 第一句要是可以改成All those who were present yesterday were questioned by the police就更好.
3) Installing a phone booth in different sections of the street is a symbol of civilization, and it is also a beautiful view for the city. 没有直译， 你看这样好不好？ 隔一段距离这一句怎放进去译成英文还是不通。
