In the surroundings of market economy, competition is, more often than not, focused on the level of decision making and quality of people for an enterprise. To be successful in the market economy environment, an enterprise has to be aware of the importance of PEOPLE that is a strategic factor to achieve the preset goal. Leaders of an enterprise, therefore, play a vital role in the process of choosing right people and putting them in right position so that they will actively engage in the job and form a powerful and aggressive team to help achieve the corporate vision.
This article is focused on the analysis of current human resource management and related problems with Haicheng Zhanghong Garment Factory, provides factory-specific HRM solution as to talent hunting, recruitment, foster, empowerment and retention, and describes the possible initiatives to be done for proper human resource utilization in a manner of right person, right job and perfect engagement to make the factory bigger and stronger.
