主要职责：
1． 与公司内部生产部门和物流部门紧密合作，处理所有国内销售订单
2． 在得到客户确认收到货品后，发放相关票据，并确认客户收到票据
3． 时时更新数据
4． 国内销售支持

Position Summary
To create quotations, perform order processing activities & follow-up on orders. To ensure that the quotation creation and order processing activities are done within the stipulated timeframe and in conformance with policies and procedures. Writing, reading and speaking skills in Japanese will be required to perform these activities.
Major Responsibilities
· Create quotation using Order Management System in both Japanese and English languages.
· Order processing by using the Japanese Order Management system within stipulated timeframe / goals
· Verify order details accuracy and ensure conformance with policies and procedures. Work with sales if errors are detected
· Perform self-assessment or periodic audit on processed orders or business process when necessary
· Liaise with Call Agents, Phones Sales, Order Management & Credit team through e-mails or phone using the Japanese language
