摘 要
现在的列车票务管理系统版本很多，功能不尽相同。有的适应性不是很强，所具有的功能不能覆盖实际需求，而且有的还会出现系统安全性问题。例如有的系统在列车时刻突然改变但不能够在系统中及时反映出来，工作人员对车票票额的不良操作会使使用单位经济遭受损失，造成使用单位管理的紊乱。
此系统功能比较全面，适用性比较强，通过可视化的界面操作与数据库建立联系，把操作过程反映在数据库中，增强了系统的安全性，而且保存有业务过程的数据库表，为单位进行票额审核提供了重要依据。
该软件具有丰富的基本数据，有效的票额调整，完整的交易概念，简捷的退票操作，明了的余票揭示，先进的预订系统，规范的统计接口，友好的用户界面，可以较好地满足车站售票、订票等服务的要求。
列车票务系统的实施，将会在一定程度上促进铁路客运生产力和生产关系的变革，增强市场竞争能力，提高铁路部门的工作效率，提升管理水平，减少劳动强度，方便广大旅客购票，有一定的社会和经济效益。

Currently, there are many versions of train ticket management systems with various functions. Some needs streamling their compatibility, as they fail to cover all the actual needs, and some even poise a security threat to the existing system. When a train timetable changes, some cannot immediately update that information. Some cannot stop users’ mis-operation, causing huge economic losses to the concerned unit and leading to their management chaos.
The system here has more comprehensive functions, therefore more compatible. It can connect with database through the visualized operation in the interface, and meantime record the process of operation in the database, hence an enhanced security for the system. All the business process will be stored in the database, and make it hard evidence for reviewing the ticket balance.
The software provides affluent basic statistics. After installing, operators can effectively change of ticket price, swiftly complete a mission of returning tickets, easily find the remnant tickets. With the user-friendly interface and universally accepted ports, the software can better cater to the needs of ticket selling and booking from train stations.
By promoting the train ticket management system, we can harmonize the interaction between productivity and production relation of the Railway Passenger Transport, sharpen its competitive edge in the emerging market economy, improve the working efficiency of the railway departments, help its management to a higher notch, decrease the labor intensity, make it more convenient for customers, and in the end bring more social and economic revenues.
