3.explains and discusses the sources of costs and income
4.outlines and analyses the risks the Bank may be facing in its business
5.discusses the performance overall of the bank and the factors affecting its performance

参考答案:仅是论文把？想收购哪个银行都是遥远的梦想！除非国家对银行进行整合。还搞个英文的提纲。到网上搜索一下银行的年报，照着哪个浓缩就可以了。
1、银行现状，是哪个银行描述就可以了，网上有大量的资料，直接进总行网站都会有的。
2、一般经营的有存款，贷款，中间业务。
3、收入，支出年报会有详细的描述。
4、风险管理是重点，因为银行的破产不是因为无钱可赚，而是资不抵债！你要是连这个也不懂，那你这篇文章肯定写不出来，写出来了也是垃圾！
